Ontic Entia is the umbrella for a family of independent software projects, and this policy covers payments made on onticentia.ai and on any Ontic Entia sub-project site or app. None of them sell products, services, subscriptions, or memberships. Any payment is a voluntary donation to support hosting and development, processed by Stripe under the OnticEntia account. Because a donation is a gift and not a purchase, nothing is owed in return and donations are non-refundable.

Each report is reviewed individually. Genuine errors and unauthorised charges will be reversed through Stripe; refunds appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems can be resolved faster directly.
